Here is Lars. Nine months old. He's a very happy baby, always prepared to smile and giggle. He already has six teeth (and I think number 7 is on it's way). He's is getting more and more mobile; trying to move on his fours, but not always going in the direction he wants to. He really likes to eat, but not to be fed. Can't believe he will turn one in three months!
Our first Halloween in the Netherlands. We were really surprised to find out that some Halloween celebrating was going on in Eindhoven (in our American quarter of course). The kids were really excited. Luckily there was not too much candy and the candy fairy didn't come to our home this year.
Please pay some attention how scary Nathalie is. She made her costume herself.
Nathalie and Juliette are taking some speed skating lessons and during our Fall break (which happened to be in the last week of October) they were painting faces.
We've been quite busy this fall with swimming lessons. In the Netherlands you have to acquire some certificates (3 in total: A,B and C) in order to go swimming by yourself.
The girls both had some good lessons in Seattle and it pays off right now. Especially their crawl strokes are very good.
Other Fall activities were Michaelmas, St Martin and this coming weekend (December 5th) Saint Nicholas. A very busy time of year, with growing excitement of the children :) This is probably the same for you.
Still a few more weeks to go until Christmas Break.
